Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • We provide Free Shipping across India on all orders.

  • Once order is confirmed and paid in full, the product will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 working days .

  • Generally shipment will arrive at your address within the below timeline

  • Standard Stitched: Delivery in 10 -12 Working Days Of Order

  • Tailored For You: Delivery in 15 - 18 Working Days Of Order

  • We ship within India by DTDC, Delhivery, Fedex, DHL or India Post.

  • Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on your account and via tracking status mail.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and valid address ( pincode ) at the time of creating an account in order to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which is caused due to reasons beyond our control.

  • Please note that billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.

  • For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

  • We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.​​

Return & Replacement

We have a very flexible returns policy. If you find the product(s) delivery to you is not as per the specification mentioned by us, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • It should be unused and unwashed.

  • The product should be in the original condition, unaltered.

  • The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present .

  • In case of returns, the product must be shipped back to Nimbdee within 7 days of delivery.

  • This policy is not applicable for gift vouchers.

  • Note that return policy is not applicable for any Ready made/Made To Measure/ Tailored products. 

 

The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for Replacement.

  • Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and collect a Return Authorisation through email.

  • In case of attempting to return any defective product, you should share a few photographs (opening video is encouraged) that reveal the defects over email, before returning.

  • After getting the return authorisation , you can self ship the product with all the original tags, packing, etc to us through India post or through any courier service available at your location.

  • It is advised to note down the courier airway bill/tracking number for future reference.

  • Once the returned product is received at Nimbdee , the replacement item will be shipped on the very next working day.

  • The replacement shall arrive at your address within 7-10 business days for local orders and 10 -15 business days for International orders.

Replacement is not available under these circumstances​​

  • Ready made/Made To Measure/ Tailored products. 

  • Slight colour difference can always be expected due to photographic effects and we cannot accept refund/exchange requests due to slight colour variations.

  • Replacement or Return is not available for products which are stitched or Tailored to your specification.

  • We don't accept replacement request post 24 hours of product delivery.

  • Used, washed, untagged products are not accepted under refund/exchange.

Cancellation & Refunds

We have a robust no question asked refund & cancellation policy.

  • Once the order is placed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours, post which confirmed orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

  • Once the order is cancelled, the Refund will be processed within 24 hours.

  • The refund shall be processed and reverted to the same means of payment that you have used to complete the payment during order confirmation. The amount shall be credited to the source account within 10 working days. In no condition, shall the amount be transferred to other accounts/en cashed by other means. If the product is purchased using gift vouchers, the value will be refunded as a gift voucher itself.

  • A cancellation charge of 3% will be levied on refund issued by the payment gateway/payments bank.

RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

We have a robust no question asked refund & cancellation policy.

  • We have two days return policy for selected products. All details mentioned on each product page, for more details kindly go through our policy.

RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

  • If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can raise a return request of eligible products. within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason/reasons for return, if satisfied, we will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick up may not be available on selected pin codes). We have two options for processing such returns :-

  • Store Credit/Voucher– We add amount equal to the product value to your Account or issue a coupon/voucher for the same amount . You can use this credit amount during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

  • Online Refund - We will refund deducting Rs.300/- per product (adjusted towards shipping & bank charges) . We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank,Branch to process the refund.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.

  • Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason(due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company's mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact us to arrange for the pickup again. Failure to contact us timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for exchange/return request. Return requests will only be entertained if the customer has accepted only an untempered package.

  • Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or store credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10-15 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue may be closed within 20-30 days of our receiving of the return package from you. we will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.

  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made byus and accept our decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 30% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders on non-cancellation and non-return basis. Afterwards, all future orders will be processed on mentioned conditions.

  • Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to:  BOPP bags, tags attached on garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes or tamperproof bags and all other items received by the customer. Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Custom made products/Products personalised to your requirement

  • Festival Sale Products (Sold under Offer/Sale)

  • On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Product Sold during clearance, festival sale, offers and Coupon applied Sale.

  • Lehengas, Anarkalis and Salwar Suits

 Refunds are made as follows:

  • If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer. 

  • If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.

RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

All the above mentionaled policies apply to International Orders as well. 

Follow these procedure to return/replace a products

  • If the product is eligible for return as per the above terms, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Once our team approves the return, you can ship the product via Fedex, DHL courier services to our address.

  • The courier charges will have to be born by the client.

  • Once we receive your return, we shall initiate replacement/refund/voucher credit as per the terms mentioned above.

COD ORDERS CANCELLATION/REFUND

If you cancel or return a COD order, the refund will be issued only as a Cash voucher which can be redeemed on your next purchase through our website.

NOTE: Cash On Delivery (COD) - Applicable only for Domestic (India) Orders.

 

CANCELLATION BY NIMBDEE:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept Nimbdee’s decision regarding the cancellation.
